Requirements
6+ years B2B SaaS channel sales experience with a product-led growth (PLG)
motion
Proven track record of running channel sales enablement and training programs
Knowledgeable about product positioning with a focus on value selling
strategies
Able to manage and execute multiple projects without compromising quality
Ability to work cross-functionally to drive company results
Excellent written communication skills with experience in asset development
What You’ll Be Working On
As the Channel Enablement Manager, you will run the strategy, the development,
and execution of the Revenue enablement programs globally for internal Channel
sellers at Dropbox. In this role, you will partner with sales, channel,
Channel Center of Excellence. and customer success to develop sales
initiatives, training and collateral for channel-facing sellers. You will also
be responsible for reporting on synergy revenue and progress to goals. The
ideal candidate will have channel sales experience with a focus in sales
enablement as well as basic proficiency with data and the ability to set up
the overall strategy in the role.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all internal Channel sales related enablement interaction,
strategy and channel enablement program content.
Cross Collaborating with the Channel COE and related stakeholders.
Setting out and execution of the internal enablement strategy to support the
external partner interactions driven by the Channel Center of Excellence
external operating model.
Contribute to GTM strategies in order to support increase in Channel retention
and Revenue .
