Role Overview:
As a Social Media and Event Specialist at IKARUS, you will:
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to engage both
corporate clients and individual consumers, enhancing brand awareness and
online presence.
Curate and manage content across various social media platforms, translating
this to increased sales and product awareness.
Coordinate and execute events, from conception to completion, ensuring they
align with our brand's standards and enhance our market presence.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to create captivating
campaigns that resonate with our target audience and amplify our brand's
digital footprint.
Analyze social media trends and user engagement to inform content strategies
and ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Engage with our online community, fostering strong relationships and ensuring
an exceptional brand experience for our followers.
Optimize and disseminate promotional offers across diverse digital social
platforms, strategically enhancing product demand and guiding potential
consumers towards the sales team for effective conversion of interest into
tangible sales.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and events,
providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, media agencies, and
other stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and reach.
Skills, Experience and Education:
Proven experience in social media management and event coordination for at
least ‎2 years, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or marine service
industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related
field. Specialization in digital media or event management is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and content
creation tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with
online communities and fostering positive relationships.
