Archiving/Filing Officer
Our client is a large Bank is seeking to hire Archiving/filing Officer with
the following skill-set for their one the branches in Kuwait, this role is
through outsourced contract with yearly contract:
- Checking and organizing the new accounts according to their opening date
- Scanning of the whole daily work and documents .
- Storage the documents according to dates and send them to the archiving .
- Review if there is any missing documents that need to be added with the
files.
- Filing the newly opened accounts each with its own company .
- Remove the close from Company Original File .
- Data Entry
