Job Description
We are currently seeking a Lead Contracts Administrator, reporting directly to
the Projects Contracts Manager to join the team based in Ahmadi.
Duties:
• Responsible for all pre-award activities including preparation of Contract
Strategy, invitation to bid, processing queries from bidders, preparation of
bid evaluation plan, evaluation of bids, recommendation for award, negotiation
and award and Contract preparation.
• Responsible for post-award activities including conducting kick-off
meetings, coordinating all contract submittals, reviewing correspondence,
reviewing payment applications, preparation, and processing of Adjustment
Orders, claims, disputes, and closeouts.
Experiences Required:
1. A minimum of 13 Years of experience is required in this position.
2. Total 05 Years of experience are required in Oil & Gas.
3. A minimum 05 Years of experience in related Designation specialties in
Years
4. A Minimum of 03 Years of Hands-on experience and software for the
automation of the respective specialty.
Training certificates required : Provides us evidence of completion of
training(s)/ course(s) on contract management, commercial or legal
certification
