Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role at Zawaya Company in Kuwait City.
The Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing and
maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and providing
excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential
clients, attending meetings with clients, preparing and presenting proposals
and quotes, updating sales database, and follow up.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Basic knowledge of interior design and general contracting
Organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
Experience in sales and marketing in the interior design and general
contracting industry is a plus
Valid driver's license

مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها والتفاوض على العقود وتقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة.
تشمل المهام اليومية الاتصال بالعملاء المحتملين، وحضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء،
وإعداد وتقديم المقترحات وعروض الأسعار، وتحديث قاعدة بيانات المبيعات،
والمتابعة.

القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات
المعرفة الأساسية بالتصميم الداخلي والمقاولات العامة
المهارات التنظيمية وإدارة الوقت
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق أو المجال ذي الصلة
الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
تعتبر الخبرة في المبيعات والتسويق في مجال التصميم الداخلي وصناعة المقاولات
