DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Freight Operations Specialist in
Kuwait. In this specific position you will have the primary duty to achieve
personal target according to budget and to achieve high KPI score necessary
for payout. Under supervision support field sales plans and processes to
achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and
increase lead conversion for a defined geographic region, product line or
market segment in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group
guidelines and policies

In this Freight Operations Specialist position you will be responsible of:
Documentation Management:
Ensure accurate preparation and verification of all shipping and export
documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary
information for document creation.
Monitor and routing for international shipments.
Communicate effectively with customs authorities to facilitate smooth
clearance processes.
Order Management:
Oversee the end-to-end order management process, from order receipt to final
delivery.
Monitor order status, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely updates to
relevant stakeholders.
Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor the progress of orders in
transit.
Preferred Experience in Letter of Credit (LC) Compliance.
Customer Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding documentation and
order inquiries.
Maintain clear and proactive communication to address customer concerns and
provide updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues in logistics, sales, finance, and legal
departments ( Internally & End user ) to streamline processes.
Collaborate with Customs and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to trade
regulations.
Provide support to other teams in resolving issues related to documentation
and order management
