CORPORATE LEGAL CONSULTANT
Job Duties:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including but
not limited to the commercial contracts and joint ventures and build up
framework agreements to standardize contracts with customers and suppliers.
Providing accurate and timely advice and support to the company in various
corporate matters, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and
corporate governance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and
operations, to provide legal support and guidance on various business
initiatives.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 10 years in contract management in governmental and commercial
contracts is required.
Fluency in English language written and spoken.
