JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows sales process and strategy for the market and ensure attainment of
Divisional sales goals and profitability.
Obtains knowledge & high-level expertise and competitive advantages through
in-house training and self-initiatives.
Works closely with Business Head and Customers.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
Provides timely reports to Management.
Maintains sales and activity reports.
Preparation of proposals, presentations to customers.
Uses companies CRM processes.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE TIRE DEALER SALES
Requirements:
Visit assigned dealers.
Works as per Divisional Plan to achieve sales targets.
Should use the inhouse CRM system.
Increase business with existing dealers, build new dealers.
Watch competition and update dealer price lists to Divisional Head.
Co-ordinate with warehouse on deliveries / invoicing.
Passionate about selling.
Conduct Dealer Staff Training.
MS Office Compliant.
3-5 years of dealer sales tires experience in Kuwait / region

يعمل وفقًا لخطة الأقسام لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
يجب استخدام نظام CRM الداخلي.
زيادة الأعمال التجارية مع التجار الحاليين، وبناء تجار جدد.
شاهد المنافسة وقم بتحديث قوائم أسعار الموزعين لرئيس القسم.
التنسيق مع المستودع بشأن عمليات التسليم / الفواتير.
شغوف بالبيع.
إجراء تدريب لموظفي الوكلاء.
متوافق مع مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات الإطارات في الكويت / المنطقة
