Requirements
At least ‎2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies
Highly computer literate with a high-level command Excel or other data
analysis and billing tools
Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills along with
being quality-oriented with a focus on details, high-performance standards,
ability to multi-task & meet deadlines, and technical proficiency.
Housekeeping Manager
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in
hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Proficiency in relevant computer software for scheduling, reporting, and
communication.
Chief Engineer
Requirements
Some college or advanced vocational training
Four years’ experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry
fields
Level ‎3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, licensed
plumber and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be required
Hotel experience preferred
Professional certification
Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements
Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well
as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest
leaves with great memories
Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not
essential
Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic
maths and computers
Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
You’ll have a high school diploma or qualification. A college or university
degree would be a bonus, but not essential
Experience - ideally you’ll have spent at least one year in a front desk or
guest service position
Strength - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to
50lbs (‎23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.
‎2-‎3 years of prior experience in in a five-star environment in the same role.
Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.

Requirements

‎4 years’ of related experience in HR
Some supervisory experience also preferred
