Sales Account Manager /Consultant to Handle our Product Area of Customer
Experience Solutions with ‎6+ years of experience in CX domain or IT solution
Good Knowledge of Contact center Platform and solutions, chatbot solutions
,survey solutions etc.
Previous experience with similar solutions will be advantage
Should be able to give first level presentations and Demo’s
Good Account management skills .
Should have good coordination with delivery team.
Connect with Decision makers, create opportunities and pitch our products and
solutions
Good communications with internal Sales team and presales team to upsell and
cross sell products
Skills
Process driven and should have good documentations skills
Target driven and team player.
Build strong sales funnel pipeline
Report to sales manager
Bilingual will be an advantage
Driving License and car is must.
