Job Description
Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable
project timeframe
Negotiating labour contracts and schedules

Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment

Skills
Should have a Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of ‎10 years relevant experience
Must have valid Kuwait Society of Engineering (KSE) membership
Good verbal and written communication skills, including active listening for
determining project needs, communicating them to the team and preparing
reports
Has strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
Understanding of project terminology, construction and technology
Computer literacy and confidence using office and electronic project
management programs
