Administrative-HR
About the job
Fonz International Company is seeking an HR Administrative with exceptional
administrative and communication skills. We value individuals who show
outstanding organizational abilities and stellar time management, crucial
traits for managing administrative tasks efficiently. Our ideal candidate is
reliable, adept at following instructions accurately, and possesses a strong
capacity for multitasking in an administrative HR role.
Responsibilities
· Prepare recruitment contracts and oversee proper implementation of
recruiting process.
· Prepare company memos and circulars.
· Prepare termination letters and follow up on the clearance procedure.
· Revise job applications and set interview schedules in conjunction with
designated departments.
· Prepare employee salary certificates.
· Monitor daily attendance procedures.
· Liaise with legal department regarding legal related matters.
· Coordinate with Government Relationship Supervisor/ Representative.
· Continuously update employee data on the HR system (passport & residency
renewal).
· Open files for new employees.
· Arrange and organize the list of candidates after the selection process,
providing the quality department with the total number.
· Follow up with selected candidates to create their email accounts.
· Collect and send the user IDs received to the quality assurance department.
· Confirm the date and time for training sessions.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience working in HR roles
• Proficiency in utilizing office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
to manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and Indian languages, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field is a plus.
