REVENUE MANAGER - Local Hire/Overseas
Millennium Central Kuwait Downtown Hotel
Job Requirements
Assist in budget preparation and expense control activities.
Develop revenue recognition strategies to maximize company revenue. Generate
revenue reports and financial statements for Management review.
Enforce company financial policies and regulations.
Oversee revenue analysis, management, calculations and reporting functions.
on a monthly basis.
Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly.
Develop internal controls to support revenue management activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Fluent in ARABIC and ENGLISH is a must-ready to join
Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or relevant role Must be well presented
and professional
Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation

Competent in interpreting data and conducting statistical analysis.
Understanding of customer behavior and partnering with the Sales force.
Excellent command in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Opera, Word & Excel)
Competencies
Knowledgeable in revenue management software
Financial modeling and risk management
Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential

الإيرادات والبيانات المالية لمراجعة الإدارة.
إنفاذ السياسات واللوائح المالية للشركة.
الإشراف على تحليل الإيرادات والإدارة والحسابات ووظائف إعداد التقارير.
على أساس شهري.
تحديد وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالإيرادات على الفور.
تطوير الضوابط الداخلية لدعم أنشطة إدارة الإيرادات.
المؤهلات والخبرة
يعد إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية أمرًا ضروريًا للانضمام
يجب أن تكون الخبرة المثبتة كمدير للإيرادات أو دور ذي صلة جيدة ومهنية
