Urgently required for a major company in Kuwait a Call Center Operator

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operator at Al Ameeri Group
Holding located in Kuwait City. The Call Center Operator will be responsible
for answering incoming customer inquiries, handling complaints, identifying
and escalating priority issues, and providing outstanding customer service.
The Call Center Operator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate
records of customer interactions and following communication procedures,
guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette, Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Customer Support and Contact Centers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or any related
field.

هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمشغل مركز الاتصال في مجموعة الأميري القابضة
الواقعة في مدينة الكويت. سيكون مشغل مركز الاتصال مسؤولاً عن الرد على استفسارات
العملاء الواردة، ومعالجة الشكاوى، وتحديد المشكلات ذات الأولوية وتصعيدها،
وتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة. سيكون مشغل مركز الاتصال مسؤولاً أيضًا عن الاحتفاظ
بسجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء واتباع إجراءات الاتصال والمبادئ التوجيهية
والسياسات.
مؤهلات
آداب الهاتف والتواصل ومهارات خدمة العملاء
خبرة في دعم العملاء ومراكز الاتصال
مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
القدرة على التزام الهدوء والمهنية في حالات الضغط العالي
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات لحل مشكلات العملاء بشكل فعال
مهارات كمبيوتر جيدة والقدرة على تعلم البرامج الجديدة بسرعة
القدرة على العمل لساعات مرنة بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات
الخبرة السابقة في دور مماثل ستكون مفيدة
درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
