Junior Accountant cum Admin Assistant
We are hiring a Jr. accountant cum admin assistant for our newly opened small-
scale stand production unit, Located in Shuwaikh industrial area
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including but not limited to bookkeeping,
invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support administrative duties such as answering calls, responding to emails,
and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate inventory records.
Aid in HR-related activities such as maintaining employee records and
assisting in payroll.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant
field.
Proven experience (internship or entry-level role) in accounting or
administrative tasks is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
