Chapter Operations Coordinator
About the job
Overview:
The Chapters Coordinator will assist with the overall operational objectives
of the Chapters team with primary responsibilities focused on the EMEA region.
Responsibilities involve leading operational aspects of chapter events in
EMEA, serving as a co-contact for the EMEA region chapters, and helping with
global chapter events and projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of all chapter events (virtual and in-
person) for EMEA chapters and support the ‎240+ chapter events globally.
Manage chapter reporting and various operational elements in Salesforce,
Excel, and Eloqua
Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel for internal and
external reporting.
Work with marketing and web teams to update chapter websites and event email
marketing.
Coordinate event logistics with the EMEA chapters board members and event
sponsors.
Manage EMEA Chapter mailboxes and resolve enquiries & requests.
Work with Chapter Development Manager EMEA
to develop processes for connecting EMEA chapters and events with other teams
and objectives of ACAMS.
to support the development and delivery of new chapters in the EMEA region.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, events, marketing and/or
program management.
Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce, and internet/technological
skills required, including working knowledge of bulk data processing using
Excel and Salesforce.
Fluent written and spoken English required, additional European languages a
significant advantage.
Excellent organizational, communication, project management skills.
Positive and outgoing demeanor.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients to negotiate
solutions that meet organizational objectives.
Knowledge of financial industry and anti-financial crime industry a plus.
