Required Maintenance in Charge-Locally
-Daily operations of the maintenance department
-Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
- Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
-Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
-Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
1. Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
2. Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating
etc.)
3. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
4. Understanding of budgeting and performance management
5. Excellent planning and leadership abilities
6. An eye for detail
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. diploma or Degree
9.Transferable visa 18
