Barista
• Take orders while paying attention to details
• Prepare beverages following the company maintained recipes
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages.
• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries etc
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment
effectively and safely.
• Check if all the equipment's operates properly and report any maintenance
malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café, including the
beverag preparation area, service counter, and seating areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies to avoid
shortages or wastage.

بفعالية وأمان.
• التحقق مما إذا كانت جميع المعدات تعمل بشكل صحيح والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال أو
مشاكل في الصيانة إلى المشرف.
• اتباع إرشادات سلامة الغذاء واللوائح الصحية.
• الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والصرف الصحي في المقهى، بما في ذلك منطقة إعداد
المشروبات، وطاولة الخدمة، ومناطق الجلوس.
• مراقبة مستويات المخزون من حبوب البن والحليب وغيرها من الإمدادات لتجنب النقص
