Job Description :
1- maintenance users problems daily ( computer , internet , systems problems )
2- configuring IP-Phone ( configure new phones , create new phone extion in
PBX Xontel)
3- create email accounts in Microsoft office 365
4- configure CCTV cameras and NVR devices
5- maintain and follow with supplier for photo copier machines maintenance
6- maintain HP printers ( toners and spear parts )
7- updating company website and backup website database
8- updating corpnet files and rebuild it to work with new browsers
9- maintain users account in active directory ( delete expired users and
creating new users)
10- maintain network connection cables between users and locations
11- maintain assets location list and IT store with store keeper
12- mange licenses , servers , user access to shared folder
13- following ERP support tickets (create and update tickets with support and
end user)
14- manage engineering database for engineering software’s
15- daily tasks ( creating INR request for buy items , following IT requests )
