Role Description
Waha Lifestyle is seeking a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team. This
on-site role is located in Al Asimah, Kuwait and will involve overseeing day-
to-day retail operations, managing personnel and workflow, and ensuring
excellent customer service. The Retail Supervisor will also be responsible for
tracking inventory, organizing merchandise displays, and coordinating with
upper management to drive sales performance.
Qualifications
Prior work experience in retail or customer service
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising techniques
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred
Fluent in Arabic and English languages
