IT Project Manager

AZ eWallet is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong
background in web and mobile application development, particularly in the
FinTech sector. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in PHP, React
Native, MySQL, Microsoft Azure, and a deep understanding of digital wallets,
virtual and physical card management systems. As an IT Project Manager, you
will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology
projects within scope, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery
of projects that align with the company''s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects
related to web and mobile application development, FinTech, and digital
wallets. Create detailed project plans, define project scope, objectives, and
deliverables, and ensure the projects are executed within the defined
timeline.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate project resources, including
developers, designers, and other team members, to ensure optimal project
execution.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of PHP, React Native,
MySQL, and Microsoft Azure to effectively communicate with the development
team and provide technical guidance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project
stakeholders, both internal and external. Maintain clear and open lines of
communication to ensure everyone is informed about project progress and any
potential issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality
standards. Implement and oversee quality assurance and testing procedures to
identify and address issues early in the development process.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, including those related
to technology, resource allocation, and project timelines. Develop and execute
risk mitigation strategies.
• Budget Control: Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are
delivered within allocated financial resources.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans,
status reports, and change requests. Keep project documentation up to date
throughout the project lifecycle.
• FinTech and Digital Wallets Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the
FinTech industry and digital wallets to guide project development and ensure
compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Card Management System: Oversee the development and maintenance of virtual
and physical card management systems, ensuring they meet the company''s
requirements and security standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information
Technology, etc.). A Master''s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a track record of
successfully managing web and mobile application development projects.
• Strong technical background, with expertise in PHP, React Native, MySQL, and
Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with the FinTech industry and experience working on digital
wallet projects.
• Experience with virtual and physical card management systems is highly
desirable.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
