Senior DevOps Lead Engineer
About the job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevSecOps Lead Engineer
who is proficient in Kubernetes, cloud automation, and security. As a Senior
DevSecOps Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our DevSecOps
team and support the implementation of robust security practices throughout
our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of DevSecOps engineers responsible for ensuring the
security and stability of our cloud-based systems and applications.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement secure
practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automate security
processes.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy and roadmap, aligning
it with the organization's goals and objectives.
Implement security policies, controls, and best practices to protect sensitive
data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
work closely with security team for security assessments, vulnerability scans,
and penetration tests to identify and address any potential risks or
vulnerabilities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats,
and recommend appropriate security solutions and enhancements.
Provide guidance and support to development and operations teams on security-
related matters, including secure coding practices and secure configuration
management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective
security measures in the cloud environment, including infrastructure security,
access management, and data encryption.
Continually improve and optimize the DevSecOps processes and tools to enhance
the security and efficiency of our cloud infrastruct
