Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Office Management role located in Kuwait City
Metropolitan Area at Abdullah Al Salem University. The Office Manager will be
responsible for coordinating and overseeing various administrative and
operational tasks, managing office equipment, providing customer service, and
maintaining an organized office environment.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
Proficiency in using and maintaining office equipment, including printers,
copiers, and computers
Ability to provide high-quality customer service and establish positive
relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
Experience in an educational setting is beneficial
