Front Desk Supervisor’s responsible for front desk customers and as well as
other staff.
Front desk supervisors are responsible for the daily running of stores and
makes sure all staff are fully informed on the customer care for the day, and
ensure that customer care is top priority.
Experience
• Previous experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Manager/ within a similar
4-5 years food industry experience is a mandatory.
• Experienced Pos machine
• Track record of leading and managing Front customers and branch teams to
provide an exceptional service to customers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
• Make sure that health and safety measures are met
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions
• Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and
the cashiers.
• Daily update branch feedback to head of the department
