Purchasing Officer
• Shall be able to ensure efficient purchasing and delivery of goods and
services to support the business operations.
Shall easily coordinate with Stores and Finance to ensure smooth purchase
flow.
• Shall consistently update self with the
standards, rules & regulations in Kuwait.
• Good management of purchased stock costs and supporting reductions in costs.
• Shall optimize the supply base to improve supplier delivery performance and
service levels.
• Coordinate with the selection, introduction, and identification of new
suppliers in line with current procedures leading to business growth.

Educational Certificate
Education:
University Degree is preferred
Professional Experience:
• Min. 3 years in the same or similar position in the field of Facility
Management is preferred.
Good knowledge of local procurement processes.
Competencies Required
Well versed with purchasing of goods and services for business divisions from
Kuwait's local sources.
• Good Negotiation skills with vendors to obtain best price and delivery.
