About The Job Role:
As a Clientele Executive at our retail store, you will be responsible for
providing exceptional customer service, expert advice, and innovative interior
design solutions to our clients seeking furniture and finishing materials.
Your role is vital in assisting customers with their design needs and ensuring
a seamless shopping experience that meets their lifestyle preferences and
aesthetic requirements. By building excellent relationships with clients, you
will help building brand loyalty with excellent interpersonal skills and
global brand awareness experience. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining
and strengthening our relationships with new and existing clients. Your
primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, maximize sales
opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their interior design and material needs,
preferences, budget constraints, and mood boards.
Provide expert interior design guidance to customers, offering suggestions and
recommendations based on their requirements.
Assist customers in optimizing their space layout and creating harmonious
design concepts.
Present samples of various materials, fabrics, colors, and finishes to aid
customers in making informed decisions.
Adhering to the organization's interior design standards and policies.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the unique selling points of
different furniture pieces and finishing materials.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, addressing any concerns and
ensuring a smooth transaction.
Managing and controlling upgrades and changes in the design strategy.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of
contact for all inquiries, requests, supp
ort and ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any post-purchase queries
after the sale.
Assist with store visual displays and arrangements to create an appealing
shopping environment.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling
techniques.
Prepare accurate quotations based on customer selections, taking into account
any customization requirements.
Tracking design specifications for pricing, safety, quality, and delivery
assurance.
Performing necessary actions to meet customer expectations and needs and
ensuring high customer satisfaction.]
Monitoring project progress and taking necessary measures to ensure timely
completion of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and design, to
deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
Conduct negotiations and contract renewals to ensure favorable terms and
maintain mutual satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand
client base and promote our brand.
Offering clients with superior service and cultivating relationships to sell
and develop future business utilizing effective selling techniques and
providing assistance when called upon in rotation to ensure appropriate order
procedures and processing. Such as Processing quotes, sales orders, and
issuing receipts and invoices.
Conducting outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing clients.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact
information, preferences, and project details, using appropriate customer
relationship management (CRM) software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not
mandatory. Relevant work experience will also be considered. (Minimum ‎3 years
of experience)
Proven experience in interior design, furniture sales, or a related field is
an advantage.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet
customers' design preferences and needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design
ideas and product information.
A keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to think creatively to
provide unique and functional design solutions.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Should have transferable residency ‎18.
Driving license + Car is an advantage.
Computer literacy with proficiency in using MS. Office package, CRM/ERP
software, and other relevant tools.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and
effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals with customers.
Proficiency in interior design principles and an eye for detail.
Ability to adapt to changing customer preferences and market trends
Driven to meet and exceed performance targets and take initiative to solve
problems.
Take an active role in the planning, opening, and operational follow-up of the
site work's
Effective time management skills to balance design consultations and
administrative tasks efficiently.
Ability to showcase products effectively and highlight their unique features.
Articulate communication to convey design ideas and product knowledge to
customers.
