Job Title: Sr. Project Sales Representative
Job Description: As a Senior Project Sales Representative, you will be pivotal
in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing project-
based sales opportunities. You'll work closely with our clients to understand
their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our products and
services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential project-based sales opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors,
developers, and other key decision-makers.
· Collaborate with the project management team to understand project
specifications and requirements.
· Present our products and services effectively, highlighting their value
propositions.
· Develop and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to win
projects.
· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and
the client.
· Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using our CRM system.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging
opportunities.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven track record in project-based sales, with ‎5 years of experience in
lighting
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Excellent presentation and proposal development abilities.
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as
needed.

· تحديد واستهداف فرص المبيعات المحتملة القائمة على المشاريع
. · بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين والمطورين
وغيرهم من صناع القرار الرئيسيين.
· التعاون مع فريق إدارة المشروع لفهم مواصفات المشروع ومتطلباته.
· تقديم منتجاتنا وخدماتنا بشكل فعال، مع تسليط الضوء على عروض القيمة الخاصة
بها.
· تطوير وتقديم مقترحات وعطاءات وعروض تقديمية مقنعة للفوز بالمشاريع.
· التفاوض وإبرام الصفقات، وضمان شروط مواتية لكل من الشركة والعميل.
· تتبع أنشطة المبيعات والعملاء المتوقعين والفرص باستخدام نظام إدارة علاقات
العملاء (CRM) الخاص بنا.
· البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة وأنشطة المنافسين والفرص الناشئة.
· تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف وغايات المبيعات.
تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة طوال دورة حياة المشروع
المؤهلات:
· درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال أو المبيعات أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).
· سجل حافل في المبيعات القائمة على المشاريع، مع ‎5 سنوات من الخبرة في الإضاءة.
· مهارات تفاوض وتواصل قوية.
· قدرات ممتازة في تطوير العروض التقديمية والاقتراحات.
· لديهم دوافع ذاتية مع عقلية موجهة نحو النتائج.
· القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق تعاوني.
· الاستعداد للسفر للقاء العملاء وحضور أحداث الصناعة حسب الحاجة.
