The main goals
Management, control, coordination and supervision services as well as
assistance for the assigned project including budget formulation, cost control
and quality assurance.
Manage support services to supervise and direct engineering, procurement and
management of client-appointed construction contractors.
Service management for oil and gas production activities including assistance
in start-up and upstream operations as well as personnel and operational
systems as required by the client.
Reports to line manager and may deputize for him during his absence With a
proven track record of managing multiple projects in general and the design,
engineering and construction function in particular, in the oil and gas
industry
Is responsible for developing the overall strategy for soil remediation in
assigned areas, and includes contracting strategies and contractor management.
Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering activities to ensure that
projects such as studies and preparation of FEED (Forward Engineering Design),
ITB (Invitation to Bid) and Verification Estimates preparation, LSTK (Lump Up
Ready to Deliver) bid package preparation are carried out in a safe, efficient
and cost effective manner. in an efficient and timely manner.
Act as the primary technical coordination interface with the client to ensure
client expectations are met.
Ensure that the project complies with the client's approved design basis and
all applicable regulatory and programmatic requirements.
