Jahra, Kuwait. We specialize in manufacturing and installing aluminum
houseware, industrial aluminum finishes, and glass products. Our goal is to
deliver high-quality products and the best customer service to our clients.
? Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Designer Team Leader & Designer and Draftsman to join
our team in Jahra, Kuwait. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible
for providing support to the Engineering and Production department. The Senior
Designer Team Leader will lead a group of designers and draftsmen in ensuring
all projects are delivered on time with high quality results. The Designer and
Draftsman will be responsible for designing and draughting technical drawings
of aluminum and glass systems.
? Qualifications
3- Senior Designer Team Leader:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in designing and managing projects
related to aluminum and glass systems in commercial and residential projects.
Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, MEP, REVIT, 3Dmax, Photoshop, and
Illustrator.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage projects with a keen eye for quality and attention to
detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal communication
and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive work attitude with good time
management skills.
4- Designer and Draftsman:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering or a relevant certification.
2+ years of experience in designing and draughting technical drawings of
aluminum and glass systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT, Photoshop, and
Illustrator
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawing.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
