The Payroll Associate will be responsible for maintenance and support of
payroll activities within Alghanim Industries
Individuals working in this team need to have a high degree of customer focus,

attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
‎1. Validation of separation action in system with the documents and validate
different components of calculation.
‎2. Validation of all recurring payments in system such as car subsidy, HRA
and MGRP of Kuwaiti employees.
‎3. Run off cycle payroll for the leave salaries during the month.
‎4. Validation of monthly overtime, incentive, and other payments before
running the payroll

Job Summary
The RMC Analyst designs/improves processes, identifies/assesses underlying
risks, and recommends actions to manage/mitigate operational risks. Job
Responsibilities
•• Support all business initiatives, partnerships, new revenue streams, and
automations.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval of key business processes,
promotions, and policies through creation of SOPs. Regularly monitor
operational adherence to SOPs and policies.
• Keep all policies and procedures updated to align with changing business
environments.
• Identify, document, and communicate key risks and system gaps to Management
periodically.
• Devise action plans to mitigate identified risks through automation or
changes in manual processes, ensuring duty segregation and access management.

to review the balance sheet monthly and make it clear.
To Involve in preparing Audited financial statements and to co-ordinate with
statutory audit for smooth year-end closing. Job Responsibilities
Handling GL Accounting and passing a lot of entries on SAP either daily or
monthly along with other team members including (Prepayments, Royalties, other
provisions, etc..)
Control the daily accounting of invoices, reviewing and passing the entries on
SAP.

سيكون مساعد الرواتب مسؤولاً عن صيانة ودعم أنشطة الرواتب داخل صناعات الغانم
يحتاج الأفراد الذين يعملون في هذا الفريق إلى درجة عالية من التركيز على

الوصف الوظيفي:
ملخص العمل
يقوم محلل RMC بتصميم/تحسين العمليات، وتحديد/تقييم المخاطر الأساسية، والتوصية
باتخاذ إجراءات لإدارة/تخفيف المخاطر التشغيلية. مسؤوليات العمل
•• دعم جميع المبادرات التجارية والشراكات ومصادر الإيرادات الجديدة والأتمتة.
• ضمان التوثيق المناسب والموافقة على العمليات التجارية الرئيسية والترقيات
والسياسات من خلال إنشاء إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة. مراقبة الالتزام التشغيلي
بانتظام بإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة والسياسات.
• الحفاظ على تحديث كافة السياسات والإجراءات لتتماشى مع بيئات العمل المتغيرة.

• إنشاء تقارير مخصصة في Alteryx وSAP Business Intelligence، ومراجعة البيانات
المالية والمعلومات التشغيلية الأخرى لاكتشاف المخالفات.
• الإشراف على وظيفة التدقيق في متاجر البيع بالتجزئة، وضمان عمليات التدقيق في
