1. CUSTOMER CARE STAFF LADIES
Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for any
customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service of the
company. He will be responsible for answering phone calls, addressing
customers questions about products and services, and processing payments or
returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Manage incoming phone calls
Informs customers and visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the customers
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
Inform customers of offers and promotions
Take the extra mile to engage with customers
Skills
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
Arabic / English Preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to cooperate and support other members of team
Strong verbal communication skills in the English and Arabic language
Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and
backgrounds
Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
Local only in Kuwait with transferable Visa and join immediately

this position, you ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant
creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type
size and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing design by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations with

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar
administrative role for a minimum of 2-3 years.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various
responsibilities efficiently.
Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and
familiar with e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; knowledge
of Arabic is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced e-commerce
environment.
Must have Visa 18 (normal) residency status in Kuwait.
