Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware,
software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and
peripherals.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and system performance
problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and
upgrades.
- Keep accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future
reference.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure proactive
support.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
- Strong understanding of computer networks and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to
non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
