Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated fresh graduate or entry-
level professional to join our team as a Research Associate at our rapidly
expanding wellness company.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Investigate the latest trends and developments in the vitamin
and supplement industry. Provide insights and recommendations based on
findings.
Shipment Documentation: Verify and maintain records of documentation related
to new shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Regulatory Compliance: Obtain, review, and ensure the accuracy of documents
required for registering products at the Kuwait Ministry of Health.
Manufacturer Coordination: Manage and maintain relationships with existing and
potential manufacturers. Collaborate with them to obtain essential product
documentation.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturers, ensuring
seamless communication and prompt resolution of any inquiries or issues.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, emerging
trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Nutrition
and Dietetics, Public Health, Food Science and Technology, Health Science,
Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, etc.).
Up to ‎1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to
apply).
Passion for the health and wellness industry, especially vitamins and
supplements.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is
considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in research tools and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
