Receptionist - Female only
Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and cooperative receptionist to join our team
at a prestigious laundry in the Salmiya area. The employee must be able to
provide exceptional customer service and be able to work under pressure with
the highest efficiency.
Tasks:
Receiving and delivering the highest quality clothes to customers.
Responding to all customer inquiries, whether at the laundry, over the phone,
WhatsApp, or via social media.
Organizing, scheduling, and following up on appointments, and maintaining
accurate customer records.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in laundries or at reception.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to communicate in English with customers.
Working hours:
9 am to 1 pm, and 4 pm to 9 pm
Friday OFF
The candidate must be able to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From KD300.000 per month
