IT Service Desk- Kuwait/ Immediate Joiners
الوصف الوظيفي
A. Accountabilities:
Provide support in a technical Help Desk environment.
Provide user training experience or equivalent.
Hand on experience in computers and internet.
Hand on ticketing system procedures.

B. Qualification:
Experience with user service ability to gather user information, assess and
fulfill user needs, educate the user and document communication.
Previous experience with Windows systems support.
Familiarity with Client/Server structure.
Experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware and
software).
Strong organization skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and issues at
once.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under the pressure of high
volumes of user calls and emails.
C. Experience:
‎2/- years experience in IT Technical support / Service desk / Helpdesk role.
D. Education and Certification:
Diploma in IT / Electronics/ Information Technology.
Candidate must have any of the following certification: Microsoft, IBM, ITIL,
or CompTIA.
E. General Skills:
Effective communication skills (both oral and written) .
Enthusiastic attitude and commitment to delivering unparalleled user services.
