Effectively maintain a streamlined flow of all inward and outward
communication to ensure optimum functioning of the company.
Track the touring requirements and costs of the company's employees with the
help of relevant reporting tools and software.
Discuss a detailed timetable of current and upcoming meetings with the top-
level management to maintain timely addressal of crucial decisions.
Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
Facilitate visitors by guiding them to the respective destination in the
company.
Ability to work in two shifts basis

Well-versed in using appropriate vocabulary and body language while
interacting with others.
Pleasing personality with good interpersonal relations.
Portraying good command of modern communication and office software for
relevant business operations.
Ability to understand the existing issues of team members, coming up with
practical solutions.
Ability to conduct assigned tasks with the help of suitable MS Office software
and online tools.
Skilled in understanding priorities of various tasks and managing timely
completion as per organizational requirements.
