MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the growth of the Company by managing the supply, procurement, and
maintenance of equipment and services for projects in accordance with
corporate strategies and Company policies and procedures.
JOB OBJECTIVES
To formulate long term plans and objectives to manage the efficiency of the
Department and reduce downtime.
To make recommendations to Management regarding the acquisition and disposal
of equipment and vehicles.
To manage equipment workshop functions for repairs and preventative
maintenance and servicing according to manufacturers specifications and
recommendations.
To manage the administration of the Department and advise on technical matters
related to equipment and machinery.
To facilitate the procurement and finalize purchases for new
equipment/vehicles and respective spares.
To coordinate with Projects for the supply of equipment, vehicles and services
to ensure an efficient operation and availability.
To develop, review and approve procedures and practices for the efficient
operation of the Division within the Company’s guidelines and framework.
Store Keeper

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To receive, store and control stock and delivery of materials to Project
locations/Central Store facilities.
JOB OBJECTIVES
To supervise material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage
location.
To check material received quantities & specifications against order documents
To manage space and determine storage methods according to the manufacturer's
guidelines and Company safety procedures.
To maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability.
To maintain the filing system and stock records as per Company procedure.
To maintain supplies of materials, in compliance with storage safety
regulations.
To issue or distribute materials, products, parts and supplies to customers or
co-workers, based on Company procedure.
To recommend disposal of excess, defective or obsolete stock.
To control the fixed assets in the location assigned.
