Receptionist
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests
and queries from senior managers
Preparing real estate forms and documents
Performing other duties as assigned
Senior Purchasing Officer
Closely monitoring our competitors’ prices and product lists.
Performing a market survey on our competitors’ prices, discount rates and
products every quarter.
Reviewing quotations; negotiating prices, delivery terms with our
manufacturers and suppliers.
Preparing purchase requisitions, approving and issuing purchase orders in
accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
Maintaining procurement files in orderly fashion and updated by the day.
Training purchasing Clerks.
Ensuring that the customs clearing agents are clearing our goods at the
quickest and shortest time possible at a reasonable and competitive fees.
Discussing defective or unacceptable delivered goods with manufacturers and
transporters to determine cause of problem while taking corrective and
preventative action immediately.
Managing vendor relationships and assisting in building effective partnerships
with Manufacturers/suppliers.
Initiating and designing department policies & procedures in developing and
implementing purchasing strategies for products.
Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and
equipment’s in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while
maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
Performing related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Assistant Property Manager
Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are at all times fully
functional and well maintained in an attractive condition.
Conducts regular and routine property inspections to address issues, and
ensure the property meets quality standards including maintenance.
Direct and manage tenant functions in such a manner as to win and maintain the
respect and goodwill of all tenants.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing
rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and move-in/move-out and checking
for damages, and completing repairs; planning renovations; identifying and
inviting sub-contractors for repairs & maintenance quotes.
Manage and oversee the maintenance, preventative maintenance, project
services, civil work, cleaning services, security, pest control, contractors,
and subcontractors in their overall planning, organization, and management of
activities, within the allocated time, budget, and quality standards.
Enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
To control and manage the property inventory and related material request and
work order.
Assist and coordinate in sales, marketing, and market research activities to
fill vacant units by generating new prospects. Orient new tenants to the
property and maintain a high level of customer service.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering department for all maintenance and
repairs, including the regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
Coordinate and support internal departments for all administrative activities.
Support and assist other departments and tasks assigned by GM.
Submit report to GM on a weekly basis related to all the activities performed,
product or service issues, progress, proposed improvements, and the action
plan for the coming week.
