Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Store Audit Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting
comprehensive audits of our retail stores to ensure compliance with company
policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough audits of store operations, inventory management, cash
handling, and customer service.
Evaluate store compliance with established standards and identify areas for
improvement.
Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Collaborate with store managers and staff to address audit findings and
implement corrective actions.
Analyze sales data and financial records to identify discrepancies and
potential issues.
Assist in developing and updating audit procedures and guidelines.
Provide training and guidance to store personnel on best practices and
compliance measures.
Maintain accurate records of audit activities and follow-up actions.
Stay informed about industry regulations and trends related to retail
operations.
Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills with the ability to spot anomalies and trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Quick learner and adaptive
Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software is a value-added
point.
Requires extensive travelling different store locations for audits with Kuwait
and other countries within GCC too.
