We are looking to hire Floor Assistants for a reputed health club/gym in
Kuwait.
Salary: Upto 400 KWD per month plus commission
Accommodation, Transport, Visa, medical insurance and flight ticket as
additional benefits.
Job Description
Maintain the gym floor by proper arrangement of the equipment.
Assist members during their work out.
Demonstrate exercise to members whenever required.
Provide exceptional customer service and member experience.
Look into the health and safety regulations pertaining to the facility.
Assist the fitness manager whenever required.
Provide assistance and advise to members in terms of health and safety.
Criteria
Minimum one year experience working in a gym.
Any PT certification or excellent command over personal training.
Ambitious to advance further in fitness qualifications simultaneously while at
work.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Lead Generation: Acquiring new members by actively creating leads, following
them up, and converting them into new members.
Provide exceptional after sales service.
Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership
referrals.
Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs and demonstrate
how facilities and offerings can help them achieve their health and fitness
goals. Work as a team to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and
KPIs by providing first-class customer experiences.
