Real estate supervisor
Location: Kuwait
Salary: 500-700KWD
Job Description:
- locally based in Kuwait
- Applicant should be Graduate or Post
- Graduate with 1-2 yrs+ of experience.
- He doesn’t need to have any previous experience in real estate but any such
experience is beneficial for this post.
- The company is a real estate data company that offers its clients high
quality real estate information and analysis based on that.
- The supervisor will be given a detailed training for managing the data
collection process and how to train the field agents.
Post the training, the supervisor will work with several field agents to
collect real estate data:
o Supervisor will recruit and train the field agents in Kuwait.
o Will assign data collection work to different agents.
o Take status update from them on daily basis and correct their mistakes.
- The applicant will be able to develop good data handling ability and
analysis skills.
- The candidate is required to work on collection of real estate data for GCC
countries through web research.
- The real estate supervisor can have high growth path in the company. He /
she can develop a comprehensive understanding of our data structure,
collection process and end-use by the clients.
- The company is developing a market intelligence platform that will be
offered to its clients where they can perform variety of queries and generate
reports.
- The applicant will work as a facilitator between the functional / market
intelligence team and the IT development team for the development of this
market intelligence platform.
•The company has developed a unique Geographical Information System (GIS) that
have information on more than one million properties located in GCC countries.
- The candidate will be given a chance to work on this GIS system.
