نحن نوظف مهندسًا معماريًا / مصممًا داخليًا (تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل - الكويت)
هذا المنصب سيؤسس التصاميم الداخلية المعمارية من المفهوم حتى اكتمال المشروع.
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين معرفة قوية بالتصميم والمواد وتفاصيل الديكورات
الداخلية للبيع بالتجزئة. يجب أن يكون المهندس المعماري / المصمم الداخلي قادرًا
على العمل عبر وداخل مفاهيم البيع بالتجزئة والمأكولات والمشروبات متعددة
العلامات التجارية. يجب أن يكون المهندس المعماري قادرًا على إنتاج أعمال عالية
الجودة في بيئة البيع بالتجزئة. سيكونون مسؤولين عن إنتاج مفاهيم المتجر ، وجميع
الرسومات والعلامات التجارية كما هو مطلوب. العمل في حدود زمنية صارمة.
مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
إنشاء وتقديم وتنفيذ مفهوم التصميم وفقًا للعلامة التجارية CI والعميل والحاجة
ينشئ ويطور مفاهيم التصميم إلى خطط مقياس ‎1/‎20 والارتفاعات والأقسام والتفاصيل
لفريق الإنتاج للبناء عليها ولوثائق العطاء.العمل
على المشاريع بما في ذلك تخطيط المساحة وتطوير المفهوم واختيار المواد وتفاصيل
التنفيذ
التعاون مع فريق المشروع لتلبية المشروع الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وجودة
التصميم
يتطابق وينسق مع الاستشاريين بما في ذلك الإضاءة ، الإنشائية ، الهندسة
الكهربائية والميكانيكية ، التشغيل والتقنية ، والبناء ، إلخ.
المراجعة والتحقق من جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالتصميم والدقة والاكتمال.
متطلبات المرشح:
خبرة ‎5-‎10 سنوات في التصميم ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في المأكولات والمشروبات.
يجب أن يعرف كيفية دمج / تنسيق ميزات البناء (بما في ذلك السباكة والكهرباء
والميكانيكية الأخرى) في التصميم
معرفة قوية ومحدثة حول المواد والاتجاه والإنتاج
قادرة على التواصل مع العملاء في صور لغة العلامة التجارية بطريقة واضحة وموجزة.
يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات اتصال كتابية وشفوية ومرئية قوية.
يجب أن يفسر بصريًا التعليمات والاقتراحات الشفهية.
قادر على العمل بشكل مستقل وكعضو في الفريق يتمتع بمهارات اتصال جيدة
يجب أن يكون لديه موقف موجه نحو الفريق ، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على الوفاء
بالمواعيد النهائية.
يجب أن تكون مبدعًا ضمن قيود الميزانية والوقت.
قادر على العمل تحت الضغط وتقديم النتائج النهائية في المواعيد النهائية.
تنظيم قوي ومهارات إدارة المشاريع الشاملة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
استخدام جيد وسريع ودقيق لبرامج 3D max و Sketch Up و AutoCAD و Adobe
Illustrator Photoshop.
التعليم:
يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس / البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو
التصميم الداخلي / الهندسة المعمارية.

we are hiring Architect/Interior Designer (transferable visa - Kuwait)
This position will establish architectural interior designs from concept
through project completion. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of
design, material and detailing of retail interiors. Architect / Interior
Designer should be capable of working across and within multi-brand retail and
F&B; concepts. The architect should able to produce quality work within a
retail environment. They will be responsible for producing store concepts, all
graphics and branding as required. Working within strict time lines.
Job Responsibilities:
Creates, presents and implements design concept according to a brand CI and
client’s and need
Creates and develops design concepts to ‎1/‎20 scale plans, elevations, sections
and details for the production team to build upon and for tender documents
Works on projects including space planning, concept development, material
selection and execution details
Collaborates with project team to meet project schedules, budgets and design
quality
Corresponds and coordinates with consultants including lighting, structural,
MEP, operation and technical, and construction, etc.
Reviews and checks all work for design, accuracy and completeness.
Candidate Requirements:
‎5-‎10 years’ experience in design preferably in F&B;.
Must know how to incorporate/coordinate construction features (including
plumbing, electrical and other mechanicals) into design
Strong up to date material, trend and production knowledge
Able to communicate to customers in brand language visuals in a clear, concise
manner.
Must have strong written, oral and visual communication skills.
Must visually interpret verbal instructions and suggestions.
Able to work independently and as a team member with good communication skills
Must have a team-oriented attitude, an attention to detail and an ability to
meet deadlines.
Must be creative within the constraints of a budget and time.
Able to work under pressure and deliver finished results to deadlines.
Strong organization and End-to-End project management skills with attention to
detail
Good, fast and accurate use of 3D max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator
Photoshop software programs.
Education:
Must hold a BA/BS degree in Architecture or Interior Design/Architecture.
