Sales Supervisor

Our Client: Due to the expansion and growth of the business, our client is
seeking for a Sales Supervisor to be based in Kuwait.
Your Role: You will be responsible for the execution of the business
objectives for the Kuwait market working and monitoring closely the
distributor operation with the objective of optimizing growth opportunities in
the market. You will be the point of contact for the assigned category and
responsible to handle the distribution of the brand or set of brands within
the assigned area. Responsible to build and maintain strong professional
relationships with clients, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets
and delivery of high-quality customer service to existing and potential
clients. Preparing reports by analyzing, summarizing and following up on the
trends and information.
المهارات
Must Have: Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably
managing key accounts in an FMCG industry. Portrays a positive attitude,
negotiator and is passionate about sales. Good command of English and Arabic.
Must be an excellent communicator along with strong skills in MS Office
Applications. Must have a valid driving license.
