Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide patient scheduling for the Clinic.
Provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service
across the department.
Screens, reviews and directs requests for information.
Coordinates appropriate responses with team members to inquiries to the
clinic.
Enters patients in the appropriate databases and scheduling systems
Confirms patient appointments and enters them in the appropriate electronic
record systems
Coordinates with external referring entities and other internal clinics
regarding patient scheduling.
Radiology Registrar
About the job
A physician shall work in Radiology devotes his/her best ability to its proper
management and provide best service for the patients. Shall provide all
services required by Imaging Services in the normal scope of its operations,
provide shall provide service as per departmental duty rota. Reports to and
advises the Head of Radiology Unit.
Anesthesia Registrar
About the job
The selected candidate will administer anesthesia to patients during surgical
operations or other medical procedures and treats critically ill patients in
the surgical intensive care unit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide appropriate anesthetic procedures, both general and regional,
according to prescribed medical standards for all surgical, dental, obstetric
and gynecological, urological, plastic, orthopedic, radiology suit, ENT and
ophthalmological operations.
Attends to patients during operations, and institute remedial measures in case
of adverse reaction or complications including determining the most suitable
anesthetic agents and dosages required.
Obstetrics and Gynecology Registrar

gained an exceptional reputation and is passionate about providing high
standards of patient safety and care.
The role will be based in Kuwait (GCC/Middle East), and reports to the HOD of
Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM). The OBGYN Registrar will work closely with the
Medical Team and their Heads of Department, including mutual cooperation with
the Chief Nursing Officer and the Nursing Team.
You will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring
diseases and issues related to women’s health, and providing medical counsel
and support to women during pregnancy and childbirth.
