Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
with special needs.
Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet the diverse learning
needs of students.
Utilize effective teaching strategies, methodologies, and assistive
technologies to foster an inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with parents, support staff, and external professionals to
ensure holistic support for students.
Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide timely feedback
to promote academic and social-emotional growth.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student development
and achievements.
Qualifications:
Any degree preferred.
Proven experience working with students with special needs.
Ability to develop and implement IEPs aligned with individual student needs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with
special needs.
