Government Representative
• To coordinate with Government agencies on all matters assigned to him by the
Government relations unit head.
• Respond to inquiries from government representatives about the company
and its operations, under the Direct Manager directions.
•Follow up and maintain contact with government agencies/offices regarding
current status of company requests or documents.
• Coordinate with Finance department to process / collect cheques for payment.
• To maintain a proper documentation of all activities and tasks
withgovernmental
agencies for future reference when needed.
• To visit sites in case of any emergency at the company.

• التنسيق مع الإدارة المالية لمعالجة / تحصيل الشيكات للدفع.
• الاحتفاظ بوثائق مناسبة لجميع الأنشطة والمهام مع الحكومة
وكالات للرجوع إليها في المستقبل عند الحاجة.
• زيارة المواقع في حالة حدوث أي طارئ بالشركة.
