· 8+ years of experience in configuration, Deployment and fine-tuning Siebel
CRM
· Siebel IP17, IP19.x hands-on experience
Soft Skills
· Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing
their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and
experience.
· Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without
supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
· Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills
• Telecom Industry Knowledge is must.
• Excellent knowledge of Custom Order Management Functionality.
• Excellent knowledge of Product configuration, Pricing etc.,
• Good hands-on experience in Production Troubleshooting with the Telco
domain.
• Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture
• Excellent understanding of Siebel Best Practices
• Expert in Siebel configuration (UI Layer, BO Layer and Data object layer)
• Expert in workflows
• Expert in Siebel development skills in implementing Siebel Configurations,
Siebel Scripting (Server & Browser), Workflow Processes, Workflow Policies,
Runtime events, Business Services, Siebel Integration (EAI), TBUI, RCR, Web
services, Data Maps
• Excellent knowledge of TBUI will be a added advantage
• Good Knowledge on SQL
• Experience in multi-lingual implementation (Not Mandatory)
· Good to Have
Experience in Open UI Concepts - Implementing PM & PR, Customizing Themes,
Debugging Techniques, Manifest Administration
Experience with IP20X + with good knowledge of Siebel Architecture and
Workspaces.
Experience in server management tasks
Experience with BI Publisher
Upgrade Exposure
REST APIs.
