Urgent job opening for the below-mentioned position:
Please find below the JD for the same:
1) Sales Supervisor
Job Responsibility
1) Supervise & influence day-to-day channel sales.
2) Prepare Stock & Sales report and share it with the line manager on daily
/weekly & monthly basis.
3) Visit IR market and check on coverage, Stock availability, Posm visibility.
4) Build relation with dealers & provide them key information about product
specs, pricing & incentive.
5) Provide product training to sales staff & promoters on ground.
Requirement
Candidate should have a Transferable Visa (18)
Kuwait Driving license along with own CAR
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Mobile Sales industry.
Well-versed with Kuwait’s IR Market.
Basic Knowledge of MS OFFICE - Excel & PowerPoint
Should be able to travel monthly to UAE to report to Brand Head Office
English & Arabic Speaking preferred.
2. Promoter
Job Responsibility
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product
features.
• Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and
yearly basis.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Actively seek out customers in store.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Cross-sell products.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Ensure that all products and displays are effectively visible inside the
shop and ensure brochures/models/demos are available and clear for customers
to maximize sales and profitability.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
Requirement
• High school
• Must have experience in selling mobile phones or other electronic items.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or
similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Transferable visa (18) is a MUST.
