Client Relations and ABC Sales:
ODOO system:
Lead forms: Completing lead profiles for Leads from Inbound calls, outbound
calls, Instagram direct messages, website forms and referrals, and through
ODOO messaging system.
Initial call: Completing the initial call and IC call form on ODOO for leads
in the pipeline within 24 hours.
Completing lead journey with: scheduled for follow up call, BCBA consultation
booking or offboarding.
Assisting BCBA team in Sales process when requested.
Responding to WhatsApp messages from prospective leads.
Responding to Instagram direct messages from prospective leads.
Booking BCBA consultation on ODOO according to BCBA consultation schedule.
Notifying BCBA of booked consultation and updating the status of the booking
and dates associated to it.
Generating payment links for BCBA consultations and sending them to clients
Sending and receiving documents and requirements from parents through WhatsApp
on ODOO.
Speech Therapist
Applied Behavior Center of Kuwait (ABC) provides early intervention services
to children with autism and related disorders. ABC offers educational programs
based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABC offers a full
range of educational, home-based, and center-based treatment programs designed
to help children with autism and other related developmental disabilities
under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
ABC is currently seeking a qualified Speech Therapist (Part-Time). Speech
Therapist is responsible for assessing speech deficits, recommending programs
to target deficits, meeting with leads and case managers for agreement on
targets, activating all necessary speech programs, and developing a speech
IEP.
Responsibilities
One hour with each child on team and one to one sessions
Weekly staff meeting
Monthly MBO for each child
Decide speech targets and develop speech portion of IEP for center-based and
consultation clients
Track children's progress and draw trend lines weekly on speech targets
Make changes to speech programs or decide next program in sequence as needed
Training for team on how to run speech programs
