Responsibilities:
Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in our databases and systems
Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and quality
checks
Translate and transcribe data from Arabic sources into English or other
required languages
Organize and manage digital files and documents effectively
Conduct data cleaning, formatting, and validation tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to optimize data management processes
Handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to data privacy
protocols
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors promptly
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with data entry software and
tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior experience in data entry or related roles is preferred
High level of integrity and respect for data privacy and confidentiality.
